Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Vacuum
Carefully place the Kirby vacuum and all included attachments into the original heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible for our intake team.
Receive Your Refund
